This flat is under a R2R (rent-to-rent) agreement, which means we are renting the flat from the landlord, and then using it for short term rentals to our guests. We don't own the property, but we turn it into an airbnb/serviced accomodation business. We definitely prefer to own property but this one was to try something different, something outside of our comfort zone!
